The ability to work flexible hours and save themselves and their employers’ money are two of the main arguments in favour of remote working, but communication is one possible drawback. Deciding whether to use e-mail, mobile phone or instant messaging is a tough decision, with many using some or all of those methods, but conference calling is growing in popularity. Demand for something which combines all of them is sure to be high.
